Ultrafast Single-photon Non-linearities on a Semiconductor Chip

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

This talk will present experimental results on the observation of strong single-photon non-linearities in a quantum-dot cavity device. We observe strong photon blockade for resonantly scattered photons and demonstrate ultrafast all-optical switching by single photons.
