Infrared supercontinuum generation in soft-glass photonic crystal fibers pumped at 1560 nm

Abstract

We demonstrate the generation of infrared supercontinuum spanning from 1000 to 2200 nm with 10 dB flatness. The supercontinuum was generated in soft-glass photonic crystal fibers pumped by a femtosecond pump operating at 1560 nm.
