Nonlinear interaction of space-charge waves in semi-insulating materials

Abstract

The method of resonant space-charge wave excitation is applied to classical high resistive semiconductors. Theoretical predictions for space-charge wave effects are experimentally verified enabling the determination of important material parameters.
