High-energy, narrow-bandwidth periodically poled MgO:LiNbO3 optical parametric oscillator with a volume Bragg grating

Abstract

We demonstrated a high-energy, narrow-bandwidth, large aperture periodically poled MgO:LiNbO3 optical parametric oscillator with a volume Bragg grating. Output energy of 50mJ with less than 1.5nm spectral bandwidth at 2.128µm was obtained.
