All Optical Wavelength Shifter Using Laser Induced High Order Moving Grating

Abstract

An all-optical high-order non-sinusoidal moving grating for wavelength shifting is proposed. Multiple modulated signal beams can be shifted simultaneously with a conversion range up to 1Thz in increments of 10-50GHz.
