Two Photon Absorption in Polydiacetylene 3BCMU Polymer Chains Dispersed in Their Monomer Crystal Matrix

Abstract

The two photon absorption spectrum of 3BCMU diacetylene polymer chains isolated in their monomer matrix, measured over 800–940nm using Z-scan, was consistent with polydiacetylene single crystal results. This supports using single chain calculations for crystals.
