Circular Flow Modes in Nonlinear Multicore Couplers Equipped with Long-Period Gratings

Abstract

We have numerically investigated spatiotemporal behaviors of circular flow modes induced in nonlinear fiber couplers that consist of phase-shifted N identical long-period fiber gratings by use of the discrete nonlinear Schrödinger equation.
