Spatial bright-dark solitons in transversely magnetized coupled waveguides

Abstract

The manner in which the stability of magneto-optic spatial bright-dark soliton states in coupled waveguides can be exploited to give guaranteed isolator protection in monolithic integrated optical circuit applications is investigated.
