Linear-distortion compensation using XPM with parabolic pulses

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate a novel all-optical, all-fiberized scheme that can eliminate linear perturbations in the time domain. The technique relies on converting these distortions from time to frequency domain using parabolic pulses shaped using SSFBG.
