Abstract

Cu2ZnSnS4 and Cu2ZnSnSe4 NPs have been synthesized as counter electrode for Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells by solvothermal routes. SEM, XRD and XPS confirms that both of the samples exhibited a pure kesterite phase.
