Abstract

We present the technical development of a high-throughput super-resolution imaging system based on optimized stochastic optical reconstruction microscopy. This system enables robust and reliable super-resolution imaging of nanoscale chromatin folding over a large field of view on standard pathological tissue. Super-resolution microscopy revealed fragmented chromatin folding throughout all stages of carcinogenesis.
