Holographic multi-site Ca2+ imaging along thin dendrites of cortical pyramidal neurons

Abstract

To understand how fast neuronal signals propagate along the dendritic tree of neurons, we simultaneously capture Ca2+ activity along thin oblique dendrites via two-photon multi-foci excitation and simultaneous multi-channel recording of the fluorescence.
