Tomographic Reconstruction Algorithms for Laser Wakefield Acceleration Gas Targets

Abstract

In this work we focus on the reconstruction of the density profiles from tomographic measurements. We compare different analytical and iterative methods, and we propose a new one tailored for the reconstruction of gas targets.
