Abstract

We present ultra-broadband, high power, high-repetition-rate mid-infrared optical parametric chirped pulse amplification (OPCPA) based on quasi-phase-matching (QPM) devices. Our system utilizes patterned and large-aperture QPM devices to yield a near-octave-spanning spectrum around 2.2 μm wavelength.
