Fabrication of 3D Metal/Polymer Fine Structures for 3D Plasmonic Metamaterials

Abstract

Three-dimensional (3D) metallic fine structures were fabricated with nan o / micrometer resolution. 3D polymer structures were firstly prepared by two-pho to nab sorption polymerization, and silver was deposited on the polymer templates through electrochemical metal deposition.
