Transmission and Reflection at the Interface Containing a Nonlinear Thin Film of Optical Metamaterial

Abstract

We theoretically investigate some peculiar temporal and spectral characteristics of optical pulses reflected and transmitted through a thin film of metamaterial with nonlinear polarization and magnetization placed at the interface of two conventional linear dielectrics.
