Direct inversion of intensity diffraction tomography with a computational microscope

Abstract

Intensity diffraction tomography (IDT) enables 3D phase recovery from intensity-only measurements. We present a novel IDT technique that enables motion-free, 3D phase and absorption reconstruction using a computationally efficient algorithm.
