Multi-constrained Phase Retrieval for Lens-Free Inline holographic microscopy

Abstract

High-resolution wide-field microscopy plays an essential role in various fields. A multi-constrained phase retrieval algorithm is presented for lens-free inline holographic microscopy. Experimental results shown that the proposed method could effectively eliminate twin image noise.
