Measurement of Liquid Concentration Changing in Type Y Microfluidic Channel by Digital Holographic Microscopy

Abstract

A real-time measurement method of the liquid’s refractive-index relative to its concentration changing by digital holography was proposed, based on using one microfluidic chip of type Y channels and a polarization-multiplexing dual-wavelength digital holographic system.
