Abstract
The laser scanner is one of the most important devices in the field of the space optical communication, lidar, adaptive optical system and etc. In this paper, we propose a novel closed-loop control system for a laser scanner driven by piezoelectric ceramic, including software filtering, nonlinear correction, and Proportion Integration and Derivative (PID) controlling algorithm. The result shows that the non-linearity decreases to 1.21% from 2.57%.
