Optic Micro-lens Generated on Needing Positions of Micro-detector to Flourescent Spectrum

Abstract

A new manufacture technology of micro-lens generated on needing positions is suggested. A micro-detector to fluorescence spectrum using the micro-lens is made. Experiment results indicate that the micro-detection with the micro-lens can increase sensitivity greatly.
