Preparation of Super-Hydrophobic Surface on Metal by Picosecond Laser Pulses

Abstract

In this paper, the fabrication of super-hydrophobic surfaces on metal substrate is presented. Through optimizing the arrangement of micro-structures ablated by picosecond laser pulse, the hydrophobicity on metallic surface is effectively improved.
