Third harmonic ultrafast feedback during femtosecond micromachining of solids

Abstract

We demonstrate that third-harmonic can be applied as a feedback during the process of femtosecond micromachining of solids with tightly focused laser beams. The third harmonic was used for 3D mapping of laser-induced microplasma and micromodification.
