Dual-wavelength digital holographic microscope for accurate surface micro-topography measurement

Abstract

Dual-wavelength digital holographic microscope utilizing two bandpass filters and two identical CCD cameras is presented. The merit of this microscope is that it can measure in real-time and hence accurate measurement is achieved.
