Focal plane detection via holographic autofocusing criterion applied on Terahertz TDS system

Abstract

Holographic autofocusing technique is applied on a terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system to improve focus accuracy. We experimentally perform the focus plane detection with TDS measurement. Amplitude and phase information at different wavelengths are exacted.
