Abstract

Blue-green Submarine Laser Communications (SLC) has the potential to revolutionize connectivity with submarine assets. To be effective, submarines need communications at speed and depth (CSD). This paper will review both airborne and spaceborne architectures, including downlink, uplink and duplex employments. Article not available.
