Exciton-Trion-Polaritons in Two-Dimensional Materials: Correlated Many Body States of Matter and Light

Not Accessible

Abstract

Excitons and trions in doped two dimensional (2D) materials are strongly coupled due to Coulomb interactions. In photonic microstructures, these Coulomb-coupled exciton-trion states can also be strongly coupled with light to give rise to coherent exciton-trion-polaritons. We present experimental and theoretical results on these exciton-trion-polaritons.
