Shack-Hartmann test using micro-holes for testing a concave optical surface

Abstract

In this paper will be presented experimental results for testing concave optical surfaces, by means of the Shack-Hartmann test, where a set of micro-holes are used instead of lenses in the construction of the Shack-Hartmann plate.
