Abstract

When light sheet fluorescence microscopy (LSFM) acquires an image for a biological specimen, image quality deteriorates due to shadow-like stripe artifacts. To resolve image degradation, we succeeded in effectively reducing stripe artifact by using multiple beams formed by a micro-lens array.
