Abstract
Digital holographic microscopy and tomography can be successfully used for investigation of optical and morphological parameters of living cells. In this contribution we estimate the determination accuracy of cells volume using these approaches. Data on cells volume obtained using digital holographic microscopy and tomography was validated by comparison with those obtained using confocal fluorescence microscopy.
