Abstract

ZnO and Fe-doped ZnO nanoparticles were analyzed in ethanol solution and dry powder form using fluorescence spectroscopy. Near-band-edge emission (NBE) and defect emission (DE) peaks were studied. A blue-shift was observed with the NBE emission peak.
