Microscopic Three-dimensional Reconstruction based on Structured Light

Abstract

We proposed and demonstrated a three-dimensional microscopy method based on structured light illumination, which greatly reduce reconstruction time used. 50 µm resolution is achieved with 8~10 cm working distance.
