Photo-charge Effect in Semiconductors and Metals

Abstract

Surface photo-charge effect in solids illuminated by laser beam is investigated experimentally. Factors influencing on the amplitude of measured signal are determined. It is found that effect is stronger when ambient lighting is switched off.
