Multi-port Intra-Cavity High Harmonic Generation in a Yb:YAG Thin Disk Mode-Locked Oscillator with MHz Repetition Rate

Abstract

We demonstrated intra-cavity high harmonic generation (HHG) in a Yb:YAG thin disk mode-locked oscillator with a repetition rate of 3MHz. Two HHG ports are simultaneously operated in a single mode-locked oscillator.
