Objective-lens-free Fiber based Position Detection with Nanometer Resolution in a Fiber Optical Trapping System

Abstract

We develop an objective-lens-free fiber optical trapping system for applying force and sensing particle motion with nanometer resolution. We used this system to measure cellular response to external mechanical stimuli in real time.
