Study of GeSn Strain Compensated Quantum Well as EAM

Abstract

Study of Stark effect in strain compensated GeSn quantum well is done by calculating field dependent absorption considering excitonic effect. A significant change in refractive index is determined which confirmed its potentiality as modulator.
