Transformation of Complex Spatial Coherence Function in Reflection from Random Media

Abstract

We investigate both experimentally and numerically the transformation of the spatial coherence function (SCF) reflected from media with both surface and volume scattering, and demonstrate the conditions for the SCF survivability during scattering.
