Diethyl Ether Sensor using Double Nanoslot Hybrid Plasmonic Waveguide

Abstract

The diethyl ether can be easily detected using double nanoslot hybrid plasmonic waveguide based sensor. The sensitivity can be achieved up to 27.67π (nm/RIU) at the wavelength of 1550nm.
