Analysis of various ZrN plasmonic nanostructures and their effect on the absorption of organic solar cells

Abstract

We incorporated ZrN nanoparticles, nanocubes and nanoshells in organic solar cell and theoretically demonstrated broadband absorption enhancement due to high scattering and near field enhancement. Their extinction cross sections are also analyzed.
