Laser-induced localized photothermal conversion of vanadium into vanadium oxides

Abstract

In situ laser patterning by localized photothermal heating is proposed for facile fabrication of vanadium oxide devices with phase transition property. Optically-controlled resistance switching properties of the synthesized devices are investigated.
