Active Illumination Low-light Computational Correlation Microscopy

Abstract

We present a low-light, reflection mode correlation imaging technique based on sequential random patterns illumination and integrated backscattered light intensity. Live cell and low contrast target imaging at very low-light levels are demonstrated experimentally.
