Tripartite mechanical entanglement in quantum optomechanical systems

Abstract

Electromagnetic cavity modes are useful for the control of macroscopic mechanical oscillators in the quantum regime. In a system of three mechanical modes coupled to three cavity modes, one can prepare and detect entangled states.
