Incoherent Broadband Cavity Enhanced Absorption Spectroscopy Using a Supercontinuum Source in the Mid-IR

Abstract

We developed an all-fiber based supercontinuum source spanning from 1300 to 3700 nm. We used it to perform highly sensitive gas detection using incoherent broadband cavity enhanced absorption spectroscopy.
