Optical properties of Cu doped TiO2 using First Principle calculations

Abstract

The optical absorption spectrum and dielectric constant of Cu doped TiO2 was studied theoretically using Time-Dependent Density-Functional Perturbation Theory to enhance the optical response of the material in visible region.
