Tabletop Nanometer Extreme Ultraviolet Imaging in an Extended Reflection Geometery

Abstract

We demonstrate the most general, highest fidelity reflection mode coherent diffractive imaging to date. Using a high harmonic tabletop source with ptychography- and keyhole-coherent diffraction techniques, images are reconstructed with < 1 nm axial resolution.
