Semiconductor quantum light sources for integrated quantum photonic applications

Abstract

We present a quantum dot based on-demand source of indistinguishable and entangled photon pairs. Furthermore, monolithic on-chip integration of semiconductor waveguides, beamsplitters and single-photon sources is demonstrated.
