Abstract

This paper shows usability of antimony sulfoiodide (SbSI) nanowires as photo-conductive humidity sensors. Qualitatively different photoconductivity transient characteristics for low, and high humidity have been observed. Desorption of H2O from SbSI nanowires surface is reported.
