Sub-cycle laser control and quantum interferences in attosecond photoabsorption of neon

Abstract

Transient absorption of isolated attosecond pulses by laser-dressed bound states of neon was measured, and the observed sub-cycle changes in the absorption spectrum can be reproduced quite well under single active electron approximation.
