Abstract

Optical spectroscopy of a nanocomposite of PbS quantum dots and poly(amido amine) dendrimer exhibits a 750-nm band-edge absorption peak, partially-polarized 820–1150 nm fluorescence with peak at 940 nm, and a fluorescence lifetime of 785 ns.
