Differential Reflection Spectroscopy of Photonic Crystal Cavities Containing Coupled InAs Quantum Dots

Abstract

We obtain differential optical reflectivity spectra from a photonic crystal nanocavity containing coupled quantum dots (QDs). Our technique employs Coulomb shifts in QD optical transition energies and is not restricted to linearly polarized cavities.
